You can pay tickets booked by our bookings engine with your credit card. That information will be send secured

5. I do not have a creditcard, how can I make a reservation?
You can contact our leisure travel departments, you will find the addresses and phonenumbers here.

6. The system does not accept my creditcard, what could be the reason ?
You should enter the creditcardnumber as one number, without spaces of dots. For making use of Eurocard, you need to select 'Mastercard' as option.

7. Can I make a reservation for somebody else, and pay myself?
It is possible to make and pay reservations for other people. The passenger details need to filled out in the passenger information section, your own information needs to be filled out in the payment details section.

8. Can I depart from one destination, and return from an other one.
No. it's only possible to book single / return / round trips.
For example : Amsterdam - Parijs - Marseille is possible. For example : Amsterdam - Parijs / Marseille - Amsterdam, where Parijs - Marseille is being traveled by train, is not possible.

9. I did not receive a reservation number, has my reservation been made ?
If you did not receive a reservation number, your reservation has not been made. You need to try again.

10. I bought a ticket, is it possible to make changes or cancel the reservation?
The possibility to change or cancel your ticket depends on the policy of the airline. Most of the time it is not possible and the cost will be 100%, sometimes it is be possible upon paying a fee. You can request the cancellation and refund policy of your ticket via deropreizen@skynet.be

11. I found a flight, is it still available?
Our system checks realtime availability of all flights that match your request. It will also check on lowest available fares. Fares shown are always available and can be booked immediately.

12. The system gives other dates then I have asked for, how is this possible?
The bookingengine checks the availability for the entered date but also for a few days before and after. You can give this option yourself, by clicking yes or no after "Dates Flexible".

13. Is all information up-to-date?
All flightdata and tariffs are live, real-time, from the worldwide reservation system Galileo and are always up-to-date.

14. How do I know if my reservation is approved ?
As soon as you finish your reservation, there appears a reservation number on your screen with a summary of your reservation. All reservations that are made through our website are checked directly after the reservation is made and a confirmation will be send by e-mail. In this confirmation you will find a schedule of the reservation, price and information regarding the obtaining of the travel documents.

15. I do not succeed in making the reservation...
Making use of older browser versions can cause problems. We recommend to use a minimum of version 3.x, rather then 4.x from Netscape and Internet Explorer. Also the receiving of "cookies" needs to be activated, otherwise making a reservation by our website is not possible.

16. I have booked tickets on your site; where can I get my tickets ?
Your tickets with departure from Amsterdam will be ready at our ATP desk at Schiphol airport. You will find our desk across from incheck desk 12 from the KLM in departure hall 2.
Tickets for reservations outside the Netherlands, will be ready at the airport of departure at the desk of the Airline Company. The costs for this service will be between EURO 20 and EURO 30 (depending on carrier) and will be charged on your credit card. Watch out : when you collect your ticket at Schiphol airport, the creditcard u used has to be shown.

17. Do I need to reconfirm my flights?
Reconfirmation of booked flights is not always necessary, however we recommend you to contact the airline at the latest 3 days before the returnflight to reconfirm the flights. At the same time they will be able to inform you about any possible changes in your itinerary.
